Reproduction for additional teachers, classrooms, departments, schools, or districts is not permitted. It is prohibited to distribute, share, or display this product digitally for public viewing. Copying or posting any part of Tied 2 Teaching products or resources on the Internet (including personal or classroom websites) is strictly forbidden, as it can be accessed through search engines and shared globally. Noncompliance constitutes copyright infringement and a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please note that the clipart and design elements included in our products are also copyrighted and cannot be extracted or used outside the file without proper permission or licensing.

All Tied 2 Teaching Products are for Single Classroom or Home Use Only

YOU MAY:

• Use any free or purchased resources for personal or student use in a single home or classroom. 
• Reference these materials in blog posts, seminars, professional development sessions, or similar settings, provided you credit Matt and Tara Kelley (Tied 2 Teaching) as the creators, and include a link to the Tied 2 Teaching Teachers Pay Teachers store.
• Enjoy any free or purchased Tied 2 Teaching resource for as many years as you wish in your own personal classroom or homeschool setting. 

YOU MAY NOT:

• Share, duplicate, or display any materials—whether free or purchased—with anyone outside of your classroom or for purposes beyond personal use. This includes friends and colleagues. 
• Make Copies any Tied 2 Teaching resource for use by other people (other than yourself, your students, or a substitute teacher who is filling in for you). 
• Claim these resources as your own, modify them, or remove/circumvent any copyright or watermark.
• Post Tied 2 Teaching products or resources on any website for free download or for sale. This includes, but is not limited to, personal websites, district websites, Outschool, Amazon, etc. 
• Post any Tied 2 Teaching materials online in any file-sharing platform (such as Dropbox, or Google-Drive) unless you are sharing them with your personal students for classroom use. 
• Sell, lease, license, or profit from the use of these resources in any form.
• Combine any part of these materials with other works to create new products for distribution, whether free or for sale.
• Acquire these products through any channel other than the official Tied 2 Teaching website or the Tied 2 Teaching Teachers Pay Teachers store.

Shipping Policy

Please note that Tied 2 Teaching exclusively sells digital resources. No physical products are available for purchase through this site. As a result, no orders placed on our site will be physically shipped to you. All resources are delivered electronically.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your purchased items in one of two ways:

1. Immediate Download: You may be prompted to download the product right after purchase, or the download will automatically begin.
2. Email Delivery: Alternatively, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to access and complete the download of your purchased items.

If your product downloads automatically or you are prompted to download it right away, Tied 2 Teaching will consider the successful download as the delivery of your purchased item(s). Similarly, if you receive an email with download instructions, the receipt of that email will constitute the official delivery of your purchased item(s).

In the event that you are unable to download your product(s) or you do not receive the download email, please reach out to us at tied2teaching@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We are here to help resolve any issues promptly. If we do not hear from you within that 7-day window, we will assume that the item(s) have been successfully delivered and received.

Return Policy

At Tied 2 Teaching, all of our resources are provided in a digital format, which includes files such as PDFs, Word Documents, and other downloadable content. Unlike physical products like books or t-shirts, digital items cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of these products are considered final and nonrefundable.

We ask that you carefully review the details of each product before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as outlined in our terms of use. Since the resources are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds once the files have been accessed.
