$3.00

MORE ABOUT THIS RESOURCE

Your students will LOVE this Valentine’s Day math experience. They will have so much fun as they “plan” a class Valentine’s Day party and work on their math skills in the process.

Using Project Based Learning in your classroom is the perfect way to have your students incorporate math, critical thinking, and problem solving skills in a fun, real-life context. In this math project, students have been assigned to serve on a party planning committee with some other students from their class. Their mission is to plan the most epic Valentine party ever. There is only one catch. Each committee only has a budget of $150. They must stay under budget. The challenging and relevant problems will have your students practicing operations with decimals time and again.
