Halloween Area and Perimeter Project 4th 5th 6th Grade Halloween Math Activity

In this engaging perimeter and area math project, students are tasked with designing a zoo for monsters. After fully designing their zoo and meeting all the design specifications, the area and perimeter of each part of the zoo must be calculated to ensure they have met the minimum requirements. Your class will master perimeter and area as they design their very own monster zoo!

In an effort to make differentiation in your classroom simple, I have included both a 3rd/4th and a 5th/6th grade version of this project. The scaffolds have been included to ensure that your students will have an engaging and fun learning experience no matter which grade you teach!
